William T. Dautrich of Naples, FL born August 27, 1937 in Philadelphia, PA passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at his home.

Bill is survived by his wife of 34 years, Catherine Garbay-Dautrich (Cass), brother Jack Dautrich, daughter Sharon Martin, son William T Dautrich III, nephew Bob Rogers and niece Jennifer Post. Bill also had 5 grand-children.
He was the son of William T. Dautrich Sr. and Mary Ellen Bettinger Dautrich. He served with distinction in the United States Army as an MP and later in special services as a left-handed pitcher. After honorable discharge, Bill joined the Philadelphia Police Department and served for 11 years. He then became involved with hotel security which led him to his job with Ogden Security as personal security liaison for prominent rock groups such as Led Zeppelin, Eric Clapton and Bad Company. After the death of the drummer for Led Zeppelin, the group disbanded and Bill moved to his next role of substance abuse counselor in the Philadelphia and Trenton areas.
Bill retired to Naples, FL in 2002 with his wife where he played senior baseball and later golf. He loved both sports while enjoying the warm Naples weather.
He will be honored by a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, April 17th at 10 am in the St. Agnes Chapel. His ashes will be interred in the St. Agnes Columbarium following the service.
